Refund policy

As an Edit Kate customer, you have the right to change your mind about a purchase and return an item for a refund under certain conditions. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same unused condition as when you received them, with original packaging.

If you decide to return your order, simply email us at help@editkate.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days. We’ll send you a returns label, and the return shipping cost (£3.99) will be deducted from your refund.

If there’s an issue with your order, such as a faulty item, we’ll cover the return shipping in line with UK and European regulations.
